Due to the natural attributes of wood and furniture items, the following terms and conditions will strictly be applied.
Return Policy: For full disclosure,fairness and transparency,we will gladly refund or exchange items if you are not satisfied on the first day of your receipt, taking cognisance that we perform quality assurance reviews / check’s and photograph items prior to despatch.
Upon receipt of your goods at our premises, if you are unsatisfied that we didn’t exercise due care and skill or found any product damages.
We will refund you the full amount of the cost of the goods only, less a 20% handling fee (management discretion and approval could be exercised).
Any special or irrevocable / non cancellation orders will not be refunded.
These items we could attempt to resell for you without any legal obligations upon us.
All goods must be delivered to our 2 Cathcart Epping Village factory showroom in their unused condition and in their original packaging.
All costs incurred of sending the goods to you will not be refunded.
If any goods at the time of despacth from our factory or showroom is not returned on the same day of collection by the courier service or by yourself,any subsequent damages to the products will be your responsibility and for paying for your own shipping cost of returning your item and the repair of these goods.
Shipping costs are non refundable and for whatever reason you receive a approve refund,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Ownership of products are transferred upon full payment and acceptance of goods.Items will not be replaced if it is due to fair wear and tear which include scuffing, intentionally damaged and chipping of paint.
Each case will be individually assessed by management after all the necessary documents has been submitted.
Please Note - If products are courier or delivered :
Customers using couriers must ensure that they take out the necessary insurance against damages for their products. Products must be inspected at the point of arrival before the waybill is endorsed / signed for by the recipient. Any damaged goods found at the point of delivery must be returned in full (the entire product and not only the damage part) immediately to the courier, to ensure that the courier is held accountable for any damaged products. Failure to do this will result in us not being able to replace the damaged product free of shipping cost.
Subsequent shipping costs for damaged goods not immediately returned upon delivery to the couriers will thus be for your own account.
All returns or exchanges must be delivered to our Epping Cape Town showroom on the day of despatch or no later than the following day of receipt.All return transport cost will be for the customer’s account.
Maintenance: Our wooden products can easily be repaired by using a 1000 fine grain sand paper and spraying it with three layers of Dulux lead free paints over a period of four hours ( 1 st spray, leave to dry, 2nd spray, leave to dry etc.).These Dulux spray cans are available at most retail stores from R40 per can.All Dulux paints has been declared lead free by the renowned manufacturer.
We all get overwhelm, when we spray it first time right! Remember exercise some patience, first coat spray…wait an hour….second spray …wait again. Over spraying will result to tear drops.Therefore,remember exercise patience and enjoy our self maintained products for many years!
